Lead Generation Services

Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of every lead we deliver. If a lead does not meet our quality standards, you are entitled to a credit. Quality issues include:

  • Invalid contact information
  • Lead is outside your specified service area
  • Lead is for services you don't offer
  • Duplicate leads (already sent to you)

To request a lead credit, submit a dispute within 7 days of receiving the lead through your client dashboard or by emailing support@heavyliftingmarketing.com.

Monthly Services (SEO, Facebook Marketing)

Monthly services operate on a subscription basis. While we don't offer refunds for monthly services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Your service will continue through the end of your current billing period.

If you're unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we'll work with you to address any concerns or provide a prorated refund at our discretion.

Website Development

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer unlimited revisions during the development process to ensure your complete satisfaction. Once the website is approved and launched, no refunds will be provided.

Project Cancellation

If you cancel a website project:

  • Before design begins: Full refund of deposit minus 10% administrative fee
  • During design phase: 50% of total project cost
  • During development phase: 75% of total project cost
  • After launch: No refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, please:

  1. Email refunds@heavyliftingmarketing.com with your request
  2. Include your account information and reason for the request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
