1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Heavy Lifting Marketing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Heavy Lifting Marketing provides marketing services including:

  • Lead generation services
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Social media marketing and advertising
  • Website design and development
  • Digital marketing consulting

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Pay all fees as agreed upon in your service agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

  • Monthly services are billed at the beginning of each month
  • One-time projects require a deposit before work begins
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Cancellation requests should be sent to support@heavyliftingmarketing.com. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for their business. Heavy Lifting Marketing retains ownership of proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and client responsiveness to leads.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heavy Lifting Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
