SMS Program Description

Heavy Lifting Marketing may run more than one text message program. Each program has its own optional sign up box, and the details of that program (what we send, how often, and how to stop) are shown next to the box. Signing up for one program does not sign you up for any other. By opting in, you agree to receive the texts described for that program at the phone number provided.

Account texts: for our clients. Call and meeting reminders, account notices, and alerts when a report is ready. No promotional texts are sent in this program. Sign up by ticking the optional box on our text message sign up page. Message frequency: about 2 to 6 messages a month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier apply to all SMS communications. Heavy Lifting Marketing is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Opt-Out Instructions

Text STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Text HELP for assistance. Once you text STOP, you will get one text confirming it, and then no more texts from that program. You may reply HELP at any time to receive information about available commands.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Heavy Lifting Marketing and your mobile service provider are not responsible for any delays or failures in receiving SMS messages. This includes delays caused by network congestion, technical issues, or other factors outside our control.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to SMS communications from Heavy Lifting Marketing. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
